O/T Kinda....Pyoderma Gangrenosum Outbreaks ......

 I just wanted to shout out that since I have moved from Bothwell to this new city I have had NO major breakouts of the PG...Many of the "Vets" will remember the amount and size of sores from pics .......

I am having CD flares of course had pnuemonia and other things BUT to me this is totally amazing

I am really not sure if the stress of the small town and my family stress was causing all this before but it must be

We also literally lived on oil wells ( deep into ground ) but still it was an oil town from what I have researched environment is nothing to do with this .

EXTREME stress does all fit into the PG  and outbreaks ..as well as the CD

Just wanted to let you all know ......Oh how good it feels not to have a huge hole in my leg or on my fingers all the time

IV's up the keister ( not literally lol)

I have had a few small outbreaks but nothing like before.........

I have been affected by Vancomycin due to length of time on it thru IV 4 mths at a time sometimes ......I have no hearing in left ear  and losing it in right one .......( previous Doc)

THIS is clearly stated on the meds for docs to see but not the patients.I am legally pursuing this dont know where it will go but I will try anyways ..........

Anyways thanks for letting me share my good news........I am so excited about it and doc is certainly relieved as well ........This Doc is the BEST IMHO

Yeah that is good news. No more "swiss cheese" problems. Will continue to pray that it stays that way.

lynn, i was so happy to see this. i hope it stays good for you. you've certainly paid your dues with that scourge. if you recall one of your friends here suggested to you that environment and allergy might have some bearing on your situation. riding weather has finally returned to iowa. have you guys had a chance to fire up the harley yet?

Lyn,I had all ready put on a post on her but I must say this I do believe that severe stress can agravate it because I have one on my back at the present and it all started back up after my sister had a head on wreak and the amount of severe stress that I have been up- under has in my opinion a flare with the pyderma.the one on my back is about the size of a fifty cent peice and it is awful looking as well and lord behold it runs right were my bra runs so that aggervates it.I do belive that the enviroment we live in also has something to do with it even it no one thinks it does.I hope that since you have moved you will stay in remission for now on.
