This thread is hilarious - you've inspired me to bring something disgusting and hilarious to my GI at my next appt. For all he's done for me, I should give him something as a thank you. (we have a great relationship and he'd find it funny!)

okay ...so guess what ...my gi was OFF today !!! ( HE is ALWAYS HERE !!! OY !! ) ( I guess he took off for his birthday ! da )

can you believe it !

I looked at that kitty litter cake - so incredibly gross and hysterical !~

All of you had great ideas , I was able to take some of your ideas and make something out of it ...looked like poop (brownies ) with intestines - I am not very creative so I did the best I could !

So, my coworkers are now eating it !

but... I really would like to try the kitty litter thing just for fun : )
