Crohns and Gall Bladder

I was recently diagnosed with mild CD and was put on Entocort and Abascol to help with extreme bloating. At the same time I was also diagnosed with having a Gallstone in the Gallbladder that was removed 2.5 weeks ago. Everything was fine for the first 2 weeks, no more bloating, stopped the meds and now find myself where I started with the bloating back in full force. Curious if anyone has had similar issues and successful treatment. Thanks...

Had my gallbladder out in 84. There is something about the fats and I think trans fats that is causing huge health issues. I am still researching myself. Try no wheat/no dairy for 24 hours and see if symptoms subside. Hope that helps.
