moaning in my sleep

Anyway - I am not sleeping well again ; I take ambien but cautiously since it makes my throat feel funny till I finallly pass out -

but with or with out the ambien I have terrible stomach pains when I am sleeping ...I wake myself and moan from the pain - I move but no matter what it still hurts , sometimes worse if I move ...eventually it (the severity of it ) goes away - then when I finally wake I feel naucaus - I am not a throweruper... so it just feels like I am on the "verge" ...

during the day I feel okay ...ocassionally a pain here or there ...but nothing like when I am sleeping -

how can I describe it ? the "sleeping pain" ....well , its like I am being pushed from the inside out ! pressure pushing and causing pain ...

2nd night with very little sleep

work is so stressful right now

I wish I could leave

got a trigger pt injection for my neck last night so at least I don't have that pain right now !

I get exactly the same pain as what you’re describing, in the middle of the night. I get up anywhere between 3-5 times per night. Sometimes it’s better to just lie there and suffer the pain instead of getting up to go to the toilet. Takes a lot of will power for me to go through the pain though, it’s awful. I cant even touch the skin no my stomach without it making me wince…

I put it down to ‘nothing special’ in my case, just part of having Crohn’s disease.
