I'm worried about infection and just not feeling good

I went to the Dr. today b/c I just did not feel well.  He told me that I had infection somewheere b/c my lymphnodes were swollen in the neck area.  I just haven't felt good for about two days.  I have had chills, sweating, headache and high blood pressure.  I have Crohns and I'm on Entocort, Imuran 150 mg, zoloft, colnazepam(for anxiety)  Anybody experienced the infection like symptoms?

Bible, if your lymph nodes are swollen in your neck, it's more likely that you have an infection in your throat or sinus. I don't
think it's associated with CD. Hope you feel better soon.
