crohn's & bladder pain?

I've had left sided colitis with diverticulum and sometimes when I get a bad flare, I'll have the urge to urinate more often. In fact, that is a question my doctor has asked often.

I too have colitis with a positive ASCA. My GI and surgeon tell me it's from my auto immune disease. We'll see. They decided to operate on my colitis in Nov.

Good luck to you. Sometimes anti spasmodics help the bladder along with the colon. I guess you'll have to wait and see if it is intersticial cystitis.
