To be honest, mine happened so long ago I can't really remember. I do remember I didn't feel right the next day and I got ahold of my doctor
and he admitted me in the hospital. I also remember it took havick on my white cell count. I was super weak and dyhydrated.
I was in the hospital for about 4 days.

Nothing too bad, took Benedryl and Tylenol before each infusion. Sore throat afterwards. When it kind of stopped working and I was still getting infusion and kind of new it wasn't working, I had a red face kind of felt funny in my throat. Now I'm on Humira, works wonderful. I think anything out of the ordinary should be cause to call your doctor right away!

Even after premedicating for a week, about 10 minutes into a treatment, I would all of a sudden get really hot and feel like I was about to pass out. It felt like from my chest up, I was on fire. My nurse would stop the pump right away and then I would urgently have to have a BM. GI said my body was trying to get rid of the drug. It was really scary. I'll never do Remicade again.
