vsl 3

hi all. i'm finally getting around to giving vsl 3 a chance. i got a 2 month supply. gonna use the capsules as i dont want to mix anything and deal with the hassle (i'm just so used to taking pills). but my question is to those of you who've taken it before is - just what to do with the "ice packs" they ship it in. it says "dont apply to body". but can i use these in a cooler? my food is wrapped up in stuff so of course it wont be coming in direct contact. it does say it is reusable, water soluble, and non-toxic (that part was nice to know). it seems ok to me. just wondering of your opinions or if you know something i dont. the "dont apply to body" thing has me vexed....

i havent decided yet. either one or two in the morning. i've seeded my system pretty good (i hope) over the last year so i want to use a maintenance dosage.
