How to Whipe

Hi,

This is tough for me to ask but, oh well. A few months back I had an obstruction and was put on Entocort.  Ever since then I cannot seem to clean my bottom.  I feel like I need to whipe for 20 minutes.

I am not sure why this is.  I have not really had any diarrhea since the medication.  Any tips would be appreciated.

Thanks.  I will just need to figure out how to carry them around with me being a guy and all and not having a purse.

I sometimes tuck something (like wet wipes) flat, up against my leg, into my socks. If you're wearing long trousers no-one will know and they wont fall out.

Thanks guys.  I can't believe some of the issues that come up with this disease.  I at least want to feel clean and not think I smell or something.  I hope I did not grose anybody out.

I honestly don't think there's a single thing that can gross me out anymore...or surprise me.

Here's another idea. Being a guy it will be a little bit more difficult for you, but there is this thing called perianal bottles. Women usually get them when they have babies. It's a bottle with a nozzle on it. What you do is fill it with warm water, sometimes even salt water if things aren't going so well doan there, and then just sit up on the toilet and spray down there. You might be able to ask a close female relative to get one if your interested. I found that because I was wiping all the time I would get a fissure and tag, a tear from my tailbone all the way down to my anus, sorry not to be too open with ya. It takes off the pressure down there. I also use feminine flushable wipes. They make you feel nice and fresh and rejuvinated. Walmart carries a great brand called "Fresh'nup".
