Amitiza

Have any of you, with Crohns ever used Amitiza for constipation? Apparently when I had a resection, the muscles and nerves didn't regenerate after they were cut, causing chronic constipation. Tried everything, including Miralax, with no results.

a few months after my surgery, where i lost 8 inches of the sigmoid colon, my colon stopped working. they put me on zelnorm and it did next to nothing. laxatives didnt work either. what got my colon working again was the maker's diet and eating organic. might be worth a try perhaps???
