Update..

Hi Got to the eye Dr. and I finally got these blues{eyes} dilated so if my spelling is off don't be surprised I'am still wearing my sun glasses. Well I don't have infection in them and things went good just gotta get another pair of glasses for reading.   GI visit wasn't bad he put me on tylenol for the body pain so I am hoping that will help doesn't want me on arith. pills because of the crohn's. So will see how that helps perhaps it will take away those nasty  night sweats .Hope things are going good for the rest of you today. I am still not on any meds so just the tylenol and B-12for now whoo- hooo lol gail

Hi Celey Thanks I enjoy having a bit of a break from a lot of meds and am remaining hope full the resection I had continues to bring me good health ,I was really worried about my eyes and started smoking when I was having problems. Hoping to quit again but darned if I don't find it hard. lol gail

Good news about your eyes and well done on the No meds!
I hear you too about the quit smoking thing - I have cut back but its sooooo hard. I have a nasty cough at the moment and you would think that, that would stop me smoking, but no I can still manage to puff away in between coughing up a lung! Maybe I should join you and songstress as quitting buddies.

Gail- glad to hear your eye checkup went well. Didn't realize you were having body pain. If the tylenol doesn't help...ask for a referral to a Rheumy. I'm sooooo glad I finally got a chance to see one!

If you try and don't suceed "the smoking" that is....just remember you become better at something each time you try. I'm pretty aware of my pitfalls when I have quit in the past and mine are mostly behavorial. I smoke most of the time because I'm just plain bored! Pretty stupid huh!?
Recently I've come up with another stupid excuse of waiting until I get angry at myself for smoking in the first place before I attempt to quit again.....I'm not there yet. I amazes me how many excuses I can actually come up with too when there are so many positive reasons to quit!

Oh, and I'm another one of your quitting buddies. I quit for a little while, then with my husbands surgery and all the other
excuses I can make, I failed miserably AGAIN !!!
