I keep a basin by my toilet as I do this often, I have narrowing as well. Finally got on Entocort and seems to be better now, will be starting 6mp soon.

i have been dealing with this for a while now- for me the pain from trying to go is so bad it makes me puke. my GI would do nothing to address the pain so i went to a pain clinic- now i am on percocets and i got a celiac plexus block- a shot that blocks the pain nerves from the gut...seems to be working pretty well...i've puked two times recently and both were when i did not think to take my percocets...this happned to me once before about 6 months ago and lasted for a couple of months until the pain/puking resolved itself so i'm hoping that happens again soon...the pain is so bad and the puking is horrible- especially at work etc...

Such a relief to know I'm not alone. I'm 17 weeks pregnant now, and since about 6 weeks every time I'm finally able to go poo I have to have the garbage can out on the toilet and I'm down all day. I know it could be morning sickness, but I was very sick with morning sickness with my first baby and it was very different from this. I'll be seeing my doc next week, I hope they have some answers!

My wife is going through this now. She is on her "last" medication (Tysabri) before her options are up and she moves to surgery. Unfortunate with her it usually means a flare up.

It sounds like something I have, it's basically where you are throwing up so hard that your muscles in your stomach are jumping all over the place and so when you throw up you do a #2 at the same time, your though sounds worse as mine only happens when I get too drunk. but I speaking with my doctor she has advised me to have a colonoscopy too see if it might be cancer. I haven't been yet but for you it might help.

Wow. I have had this symptom for most of my adult life. It happens to me maybe 3 days a week. Makes no difference what or whether I eat or drink, if there's nothing in my stomache it's dry heaves.

I just had a colonoscopy and a gastroesophageal scope procedure and they say I look normal. I live in California and have tried a gluten-free diet before but got no benefit! :)

So now I am thinking I'd better be screened for Crohn's now..............0
