br4d, the anal fissures are not nice, but it's something I think we all have to deal with. I had mine begin when I was 15. I am now 22. My fissure was and still can be really bad. It is crohn's affected and will always come back if I don't watch what I eat. Just in the past year I figured out what helps them.
1.Take lots of baths with epsoms salt.
2.Use a perianal bottle before you wipe(cuts down on how much you have to wipe)
3.Use flushable feminine wipes. Helps keep the fissure clean.
4.If you can get a sitz bath that you place on your toilet and use 3x a day, that helps a lot.
5.Zinc oxide can be your best friends as well. It helps heal.
The epsom salts help clean the fissure and heal it.
You can get perianal bottles from the drugstore or the hospital if you can't find them in the store. Pregnant women get them when they have babies. I got 3 LOL.
You can find the wipes in the womens sections at walmart.
Not to be too open, but my fissure was located from my tail bone all the way down to my anus. It's taken a long time to figure out how to heal it. I use all of these tips daily. It takes a lot of the stress off your bottom. I don't know anything about fissures on the inside, but if that's where yours are located good luck. Hope this helps.
