mmckenna - that reminds me a bit of when I worked at an animal shelter. Dogs that require energetic owners = hyper than heck dogs, dogs that have "some seperation issues" = will destroy your home if left alone. Dogs that shouldn't be placed with small children = jumpers and biters. Very loyal and protective = a former guard dog.

You get the point.

I am sure social workers try to do the same thing. They take all the negative qualities and try to spin them into positives. Like when you ask a friend about a potential date and they say "she has a nice personality" it means she's ugly lol. And if "she has a great sense of humor" she might be bigger than you lol. Not that hot skinny people don't have senses of humor, but you know what I mean.

You are right, Emmy, I know it is probably an isolated case. I think the true problem was with the management, and not the individual social workers. Most of them were very nice.
