I was diagnosed with Crohns and Colitis several years ago. My Crohns was picked up on the test where you
drink the chalk drink (barium I think) and they stand you up to this huge imaging unit. I had it done
at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN results were it was in my small intestine just before the opening of my
large intestine. Can this be picked up from a Colenoscopy?

It is very likely that if you have inflammation from Crohns in the terminal ileum (the last few inches of the small intestine) it will also be visible or at least detectable by biopsy) in the cecum, which is the first segment of the large intestine. Those two areas are the most common location for active disease and it is rare for one to be involved and not the other.
