I went gluten-free about
4 months ago and have loved every minute of it. I'm not even 100% GF as I enjoy a little piece of cake here or french toast there, but being 90-95% GF has made an enourmous difference in the way I feel. I didn't have to give up sugar specifically, but cutting out gluten just kind of leads you to consume less sugar as it leads you to consume less junk/processed food. I still put sugar in my tea and enjoy a chocolate bar when I feel the need.
