well for my bday i went out wit my bff and we got a pina colda wit our dinner......bad mistake 3 trips to the loo later!!! i was hoping to be able to go out for my 21st and not haf to tke a crap! DAM CROHNS,also i had to speed home from the video store the other day i was taking to long to choose a vid lol just made it! Cant wait for this to be better.....soon i hope

wish i had crohn's on my 21st birthday..would have saved me from a few mistakes :)

Sorry to hear that!! At least it was only 3?.. Pina colada though...Even I'm afraid to try that and I ate sesame chicken the other week x_X
Haha I've left the video store because of that too. Just get too tired or stomach starts to hurt so bad well, you know what usually follows stomach pains.
I hope you get to feeling better.
Happy 21st by the way! It's amazing how little 21 means for people with Crohn's in comparison to what it does to others.

and the dam video store doesnt even haf a public toilet!!!!! i knw i was pushing my luck but i was throwing caution to the wind,i was not gonna not drink alki on my 21st! been thru enuf crap for da year,but man that pina colda was terrible dunno wat the girl did to it 0_o

could have been dairy in that. Try some lactaid with it if you try it again. Or fresh coconut juice. Causes "normal" people the runs.

Pineapple could be problematic as well. It can get a little acidic too...
Even if they don't have a public restroom you can explain that you have an autoimmune disease/chronic illness that requires immediate access to the restroom. The thing I don't understand about when people don't grant you access even when you explain this is why they don't take into consideration that THEY will have a mess on the floor to clean up for those they deny the restroom to. You would think they would rather someone use the restroom than the floor.
Of course there's a "can't wait" card you can get from the CCFA as well if you become member. While i don't think it's universally official it should help.
