yes, congratulations! I watch my daughter's teachers and recognize how very much influence they have on all those children (in a good way, from my experiences). Thank goodness for people like you. And, honestly, it takes guts (no pun intended) to teach with Crohn's! Extra kudos for that!

You guys are so sweet. I am so excited about winning but it is a little bittersweet. The run off was between my best friend and me. We had already said we wouldn't be "mad" if we didn't win. I didn't celebrate at school because I didn't want to upset her. We do everything together and we plan our lessons together. She teaches right next door to me and I love her to death. I am thrilled about it though. I spent a lot of time in the bathroom today (it wasn't a good day for the digestive system) and I wasn't feeling great. But this really made my day!
