Has anyone taken Cimzia?

I have been taking Remicade very 8 weeks for almost 3 years and I am starting Cimzia tomorrow. If it works I will be getting 1 injection a month by a home health nurse. I am a little nervous but I hope it works. I am being switched due to problems with my veins and IV'S. Has anyone else taken this drug and had success? I know it is a new drug and I feel kind of likea guinea pig as I was told the first 3 doses are free due to the new drug trial or something like that.

I'm about to start as well...just had my chest x ray and TB test...keeping my fingers crossed bc these new drugs scare me.

Thanks for the info. I had a choice of switching to Humira or Cimzia and chose Cimzia. I didnt have a chest x-ray just the TB test. I like that the nurse will be coming to my home to give me the medicine monthly and I wont have to go to the outpatient infusion center at the hospital. I dont anticpate any problems because I never had any on Remicade. I was told I didnt need to take the pre-meds Tylenol or Benadryl but I could if I wanted too. My doctor's nurse said that the others they work with who have switched have all done really well on it. Thanks again for the feedback.. I will read those other threads about the drug too.
