It worked somewhat for me. The article has poor advice on using calcium carbonate as a calcium supplement. The carbonate neutralizes stomach acid and prevents proper digestion of food. For people with poor digestion already, the carbonate is poorly absorbed and acid stores are depleted in the stomach. Otherwise, it is a useful and enlightening article.
