* make bed, stay on top of dishes, do a little bit of tidying
* try to exercise for five minutes
* try to do the paperwork
* meds

That's it.

Bonus points, completely optional:
* clear my desk
* do a load of washing
* clean the toilet

I have to leave for work in ten minutes, so that will be all I will manage today, its a long shift that doesnt finish till 8.30pm and busy because its a major horse racing day (Caulfield Cup today Ivy, your Melbourne races keep us busy all spring lol).
I am also working tomorrow morning, so will try to get on here tomorrow pm.

Well, I finished the plan and presented it to the family and they seem pleased so I have the weekend off to spend with my sister. I will check in with everyone if I get the chance.
