Climate and joint pain

I know the weather is turning cold because my joint pain is back. I can always count on summer for relief.

Just wondering, can you outsmart it if you live in a warm climate? Not that I am moving anywhere, but curious.

Good morning. I just posted about this topic a week or two ago. I live in Tejas (but you can see that by my screen name). I could not imagine living up north with the severe joint pain live with since CD symptoms started. When temp drops, I feel like I am 90 years old. The winter here is not bad, not bad at all.

It sure does seem like cold weather makes it worse... the transition from summer to fall this year has been rougher than usual.

I live in Southern California and I still am affected alot by weather changes. When it is humid I hurt, and like today, its supposed to possibly rain this weekend, I can already feel it. My neck and spine are killing me today.

I have trouble with very cold days, but now I also have trouble in warm weather, too... I noticed this trend when we moved to The South. We used to live in CA, which was pretty dry until late winter/spring rains.

The biggest factor that affects me is barometric pressure changes, no matter what the temp is outside, cold or hot. If the barometer goes either up or down, my hip (1988 car accident, passenger) is hurting. I didn't notice it in seasons other than winter/spring until we moved to humid Georgia that has constant storms and weather changes.
