Cimzia and Infections

I have a sinus infection and just started taking antibiotics tonite. I am due for my next dose of Cimzia on Nov. 14...Will I be able to still receive this dose or will it need to be delayed? I also take Imuran 175 mg. The home health nurse said "You have no immune system"..When I first started Remicade I had a period of several months where I got pneumonia, strep, sinus problems , etc and it eventually settled down to just mild fatigue for a few days.. I hope I dont keep getting infections but at the same time I know it is that time of the year everywhere.I was told not to have any vaccines and I normally avoid the flu vaccines anyway. Thankfully the Cimzia seems to be helping. I have just fatigue and loss of appetite from it..
