Coming off Entocort

I have been on Enocort since October 2007. (one year)  I started on 9 mg-Went down to 6.  I never wnet down to 3mg; However,I went to a new Gastro this past week.  He told me that usually three months is the maximum time that anyone is one Entocort-  Well, I was already out of my prescription and had been about a wee.  So-When he told me that I just used it as an excuse to go spend the $ on the medicine.  So, long story short, I have not had Entocort in about two to three weeks.  Does anyone know if this is the reason that I amso tired and irritable??  Any advice is appreciated.

 

I had to do a very slow taper. I was on it 3 months but withdrew badly coming off. Be careful! My blood pressure dropped, I was exhausted, my joints hurt, etc.
