So I decided to take Cinnamon capsules to see if they'd help. Been on them for about 3 weeks now and I think that they are helping. I've been studying herbal remedies, and it was suggested several times. I figured that the worst it could do is make my tummy sore, so it was worth a try. I use the "real" Cinnamon, not the Cassia Bark. It's also good for proper absorbtion of glucose and improves circulation..... who knew?
I swear by my vitamins: Rutin, Biotin, Vitamin E, Super B-Complex, CoQ10, Iron, Magnesium/Calcium, and a multi every day. I use St Johns Wort, 5HTP, or Melatonin for sleep and headaches. Green Tea for weight loss. Trying to figure out some other ones, too. Acidophilus makes me vomit. I don't know why... but I can eat yogurt, so I do that instead.
