Had a reversal 14 years ago. Everything has been fine since until lately.

I ve recently started having abdominal pain and  fatigue and a little pain towards my tailbone. Does this suggest a  blockage? Ive never had this before

Usually with a blockage there is alot of pain, and you wouldn't be able to have a bowel movement what so ever. Usually vomiting comes shortly after that. Perhaps you just have some narrowing of the bowel where it was reversed, or even some inflammation. I'd call your doctor to see what he might recommend. If your crohns hasn't come back yet, its like starting with a new slate. Catching symptoms early and intervening early with medications could postpone surgery or other ugly symptoms.

No doesn't sound like an obstruction to me, more like inflammation and a flare of your Crohns. I would contact your doc right away. As Easier2Run said, its better to catch it early. Just fyi and obstruction will cause pain in the belly button area that comes in waves, much the way labor pains do. You can't pass air in either direction and no stool either. Eventually you will starting throwing up green bile. The pain is so bad that there is no way you can't go to the ER. Hope that helps.
