Hair loss on Humira?

Hello everyone and I hope your new year has started off good! I was just wondering if anyone else was experiencing any hair loss while taking humira. I swear it seems like I have more and more hair coming out all the time. I already have a thin head of hair and it starting to worry me. Its like when i take a shower and wash my hair, I have a handful that comes out then. Everytime I brush my hair I have to clean the brush out. Like I said its really starting to worry me. I dont want to be bald at 24.

Hi: Yes, I am noticing the same thing. My hair is falling out like crazy, although not as bad as when I was on Prednisone. Humira isn't really working for me anyway, so with my rashes, injection welts, and hair loss, it looks like I am going to be onto something new...

Many of our meds can cause hairloss. You might want to add Folic Acid and/or Biotin to your supplements to help slow/stop the hairloss. Good luck!

I started losing hair around 22, which was pre-CD. If Humira does promote hair loss, I think I found my excuse!!!

Fortunately I haven't had any hair loss from any of the meds. Everyone is different.
