I no longer use L-Glutamine daily, but I keep it on hand and use it when I have G/I symptoms, my muscles feel heavy, or when I engage in exercise.
I always add new foods and supplements at least 10 days apart. I read that some reactions are delayed especially for Crohnies who have leaky gut, joint, muscle, or other soft tissue pain. It is my understanding that this is also true for people who have more than one autoimmune diagnosis. I first read this about mostly in alternative healing books and articles, but now some environmental medicine researchers and Doctors agree.
