I'm not sure why this blood is there...

Starting last night I noticed some spotting on my underwear, and lately, I've noticed a slight tinge to the color of my urine. I'm just wondering if anyone has any clues as to what this might be? No, I haven't been drinking enough water lately...and I've been getting some pretty terrible headaches(the pressure makes my left eye water), but those might just be from something else. Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas..I'd rather not have kidney and/or liver problems, but I understand the need to address them immediately.
