Was reading some about Scleroderma and wandering?

I was wandering since it is a immune problemif anyone one has it with there crohn's? Found it interesting that the same vitamins are not absorbed as in crohn's...the fat absorbing vitamins A,D,E and K and  risk B-12 shortages as well .Just was wandering what kind of problems that you might have if you have been diagnosed with it. ? lol gail
