My colon makes noises

Peristalsis and gurgling is what appears to be emananting from this region. Is this the sound of bowel tract that is trying to become healthy? There's no pain.

Hi I had bad gurgling when I had a blockage but there was pain and discomfort.My gurgling was because the stool was not coming out due to TI problems. lol gail

I have gurgling and no pain too. I'm rather curious what it means.
