mucus

hi,everyone....sorry but I was wondering if anyone has had what I call mucus gas,yuck....it seems that whenever i have gas for the pass couple of days it also has mucus in it, i am running to the bathroom all the time its gross..is this just another thing to deal with? Thanks for any answers....

Hi I have been having some mucus again lately like brown jelly and will be seeing my GI soon.. I have been eating some oat meal in the mornings and wandering if that is contributing to it so needless to say I'am off the oats to see if it will help ,not sure how my appointment will go but might need to start some meds for it I don't know yet.I did a burst of pred. at xmas time and it seemed to help for awhile but am interested in what is going on with me too... I don't pass it with gas though but do notice I have some when I wipe after a BM... lets hope we dry up some eh... lol gail
