I am going to the GI DR in an hour....

Well....I am heading to the GI in an hour for a 2 mo  check up.  I have been very swelled the last few mo's, however the blood in my BM's is almost non-exsistant.  I really don't think I should be taken off the inmuran, however I fear he will say due to the swelling I should be.  I don't feel any different pain wise, if anything it is worse.  I am thinking maybe a higher dose....what do I know????!!! I also woke up Tue morning with the horrid flu....I had the trash can up to my face....if you know what I am saying.  I didn't call my GI because I thought I  am going on Wed.  Advise please?  What should I ask the doc for?  Is he going to be mad I didn't call in when the flu hit?  I feel like I have had this forever, however I also realize it has only been a few years since I was official.  

Thanks Mike....he says my white blood cell count has been in the 11-1200 range, which is the high side of normal, so no worries there. He said I am frustrating, lol because I just don't seem to go into remission. He kept all my medication the same and is going to check my SED rate again to see if it is still in the 70 range. He didn't increase my dose, however he isn't going to start to taper me off of the endocort for at least the next mo. I too thought perhaps I would increase the imuran. The other test he is going to do is a CT scan. I haven't had one for a year and a half. I told him I would not do in barium emima....he said why....I said it made me sick and was painful....he said fair enough. He is not worried about my rectum area, he is worried about the lower small, upper large bowel....and it will give him a good shot of my liver. He told me I would have to still drink barium....I told him I would happily do that, just not the barium enima :) Oh and I have strep throat....he checked me over due to my flu and my fam being sick....fun stuff:)
