Leg pain with Remicade?

Wondering if anybody had severe leg pain with Remicade? It did the trick on my stomach. That was awesome. Abdominal pain is gone for the first time in months. But now my legs are killing me! This happened to me with the prednisone which is why we tried remicade. Well remicade definitely worked and I don't want to go off of it, but this leg pain has got to go away! I can barely walk.

I was on remicade for 1 year and 4 month and it truly helped my Crohn's(not anymore,can't hard eat)). I start in Feb.. then in Nov I started getting RA pains really bad swelling of the joints, very bad pains.I am currently not able to walk at night. I can't even open a bottle of water. The pain and swelling change places everyday but always in my knees. I recently found out that remicade can cause antibodies which cause arthritis pains and swelling. You might have to take another med with remicade to avoid antibodies and arthritis. Usualy people will take Methotrexate or Imuran. I've switch to humira and now taking Imuran. I've yet to start Humira, but I've gone back on Imuran. The doc said it should be a few weeks before I feel releif from the arthritis. I have to wait until the remicade goes out of my body. I hope someone of this information helps, speak with your doc as soon a possible to avoid going through what I'm am dealing with (I have no life always home,trying not to move to avoid any pain)
