What does this sound like to you guys?

I've had crohns for 3 years now. Was doing well on Asacol then started having abd pains. I am ow on Humira and Prednisone. I keep telling my doctors that the abdominal pain I am feeling now is different. It is all over and mostly in my upper abdomen. And my bowels are normal! My GI doctor thought I might have an obstruction so I has a ct scan done. And it showed inflammation in my TI and multiple lymph nodes. So after that he said I needed to go on Humira. But these symptoms are still here every day. Mostly I wake up fine and around 5pm it starts. So I went to my regular doctor thinking my GI dr just had Crohns on the brain and wouldn't think about anything else and my regular GI told me in increase my acid reflux meds and see how that works but that he thought it was my Crohns also. Maybe it is I dont know. Just seems different to me. And I'm not having ANY diarhhea. They are normal as can be! I am now wishing for the D so maybe the pain would go away.

To me if your hurting across the top, I mean honestly it could be many thinks, but since you were told to up your acid reflux medicine does that mean you were having heartburn? because that coupled with upper abdomomal pain could be your pancreas maybe. Could also be your colon, your transverse colon goes across the top of your abdomen by your rib cage. I know this doesn't help, the what ifs or the maybes, but its really all we can offer.

My initial cd symptoms were upper ab pain and no diarrhea. They did find cd in the colon right where I said I felt pain. I used to be able to drink coffee which would prompt bm's so I could get on with my day. Not that it would take away pain, I only do that if I feel like I need help going.
