Colon Spasms?

Hey there, have any of you with Crohn's had times when you aren't having D or pain or other symptoms, but have felt your colon spasm briefly? When it happens to me I can feel my colon get tense either on the ascending (right side) or descending (left) side. Anyone get this? I can actually feel that my colon is tense by putting my hand on the skin of my stomach. It always dissipates very quickly. It doesn't happen a lot, probably only 10 times i can remember in the last 6 months or so.

I feel that quite often too with stress, it sounds like stuff is "splatting" around in there.
