Thrush ??

I have a rash on by behind and its very very itchy. I'm wondering is this thrush. Dont have it in my front area, and am not on antibotic. I also think I may have a fissure. Is this a crack in the skin. I have one just at the top of my bum. Have had loads of fistulas but never a fissure. Thanks for advice in advance

Thrush is a yeast type infection you get in your mouth. Sounds to me like you might have a yeast infection back there. I would run it by your doctor. Good luck!

It could also be a reaction to bacteria as well. You could try some antibiotic ointment as a test for bacteria.
