I have a huge sweet tooth! Initially, I sated it with honey, fruit juice, and gelatin. Now, I just do a lot of baking.
I have yogurt with honey everyday, and often have frozen yogurt (which is absolutely superb when using dripped 1/2 & 1/2 yogurt with the recipe at http://nomorecrohns.com/Documents/VanillaIceCream.pdf).
I limit myself to 1 nut butter brownie a day, and you can have different tasting varieties depending on which nut you use (pecan butter is a little more dessertish) and whether you add anything like carrots, applesauce, etc.
I use the pumpkin pie recipe from the BTVC book, and sub butternut squash to make a really good pie filling (haven't made a crust yet).
The cheesecake (with dry curd cottage cheese) is pretty tasty.
I've made blueberry muffins with almond flour, which I think are on par with regular muffins.
You could make meringues. I've only made them once, because it took such a long time to get them to dry out. I need to try them again though. When I made them, it was around Christmas so I used peppermint flavoring instead of vanilla. It made them taste like a candycane!
Lemon curd is pretty good, just like lemon pie.
Cherry caflouti is really really good. The recipe is at http://www.thenourishinggourmet.com/2009/06/5-dish-cherry-clafouti-grain-dairy-and-gluten-free.html
Stretch Island Fruit Leather works in a pinch. The legal flavors are grape, raspberry, and apricot.
There's a candy that everyone has been raving about
on one of the sites I visit. It uses coconut oil. I'll post it when I relocate it.
EDIT: Like you, I don't miss bread or anything. Just sweets
!
