Hi

6 months ago i had what i believed to be a spot under my left eye but it turned out to be something else. i have seen a dermo but she just said to moisturise it and dont reli no wot it is. Its red and slightly rasied from the corner of my eye curving around (where dark circles usually are) its not the small white lumps that im worried about its the fact it seems more like a scar and is still raised, any ideas on treatments? pic below

It looks like broken blood vessels to me...which could happen from straining when you are constipated..or throwing up in a violent fashion...the small white bumps..is because under the eye....the skin is slightly different texture than the rest of the face...unless it was whiteheads...from putting too much cream there...why not just go see an optamologist (did i spell that wrong?)...thats what they do best......is the red area...tiny red dots..?

the red area looks like blood vessels or broken sweat gland or something, im not bothered about the white dots:) is just so annoying

I can respect that...i am sure it is annoying and you just want it to go away...i still think you should see another specialist..and see what they say to you...

no..all the time...i look up specialist..i make the app and then i just call my pcp to get a referral..its easy for me this way...and i get to choose which specialist i see...especially since its been there for a while...someone needs to look into it

do you have health insurance? through your school....or through example your parents...did you go to clinic at school intially...if so..you can go back there...and see if they can make a referral for you..to see someone maybe off campus..or you can go to a clinic in your town and apply for free care...just as you can apply for free care at any hospital ..or any urgent walk in care center....do you live in the United States? If you do..thats the wonderful part of America..we have so many options..that are out there to help us such as free care you just need to ask and apply
