To all of you out there who are on Humira or Remicaide: both drug manufactureres offer reimbursement programs even if you have health insurance. My husband has signed up for both programs and they help a ton. For Humira, our copay was normally $60, but with the "Humira Protection Plan" it dropped our copay to $5. Just fill out the form and they will send you a card which you will bring to your pharmacy. The pharmacy will run that card on top of your regular insurance. Here is the link to sign up:

For Remicade, the drug manufacturer has a program called "RemiStart." It offers a debit card with up to $400 on it for you to use as you wish. You will have to have your GI physician sign some papers and you will have to send in your EOB from your insurance but it's totally worth it! Here is the link:

Just thought I would throw this out there for those of you who have not heard about these programs---they are very helpful and work even if you have great insurance coverage!
