the victim was a 18 year old girl who had multiple disabilities.

This is so scary it feels different when you read about it in other country's there are only 300.000 people living in Iceland and now one is dead and 4 are in the ICU

It is scary. Especially since it is hitting the people who usually are the ones who can fit off these things. Young people. There was just a story on TV last night about a 15 year old football player who is in the ICU. I am a bit worried.

IT has gotten ppl terrrified b i was at er last night i left place was packed 4 hr wait..just to see the doc...everyone wearing masks n yes definitely the age of peeps was noticeable for me......keep up good cleaning n sanitation you have to...at least giver a fight eh..luvs lyn

Just found out this afternoon that one of the students in the classroom next to me has a confirmed case of H1N1.  We sent 4 students home today with fevers. I am worried for everyone.

On the local news tonight, 2 deaths of under 18 due to the swine flu here in North Carolina.

H1N1 is less deadly than the seasonal influenza, it's just the age most affected is younger, not the elderly.
