update on me :)

I went to see a immune specialist because my GI suspects that I have lupus. Well the doc had not read the letter from my GI so he knew nothing and my brain did not work right so I did not know anything either hehe :S
He wanted to blame Remicade for my joint pains and positive ANA test well I had those things before I went on remi. I just could not remember :(
But he decided to read the letter from my doc and see me again in November.

Then I talked to my GI doc today and he said that I would have to wait at least 4 weeks before starting humira after my allergic reaction to Remicade and I asked what if my colon starts acting up and it starts to bleed again and he just said we would have to use steroids :( I just keep my fingers crossed and hope that it will not come to that. Then we have to follow up on my liver and see how that is going.

I just feel like I am in the same place that I was in exactly one year ago, just like nothing has happen I am not on any drugs except Azacol for my colon.
My doc told me to be patient and I am its just a little boring to have spent a whole year to be in the exactly same spot.


How is it when you stop remicade how fast do your symptoms come back?

the symptoms he is looking at are bad joint pains I sometimes can't walk, Positive ANA test and i got fluids in the ericardium of the heart.
I also have hair loss and trouble with my memory but that is not worrying him.

We will she hopefully I don't have Lupus.
