Hey all, sorry haven't posted in a while... I've been having a difficult time of things, feeling really stressed... I spent the last month looking for a new flatshare, finally found one, moved in last weekend but then fell out with one of the flatmates within the first few days... don't think I can live with him so now I'm moving again... well trying to find somewhere else plus someone else to take my room!
Anyway, that's the background, but the deal is that the stress is making me feel unwell, we all know that stress = bad, especially when you've got something like Crohn's! In particular I feel sick, I feel like I can't eat, even when my stomach starts rumbling with hunger once I sit down with the food in front of me I can only eat a few bites... I seem to be losing weight because of this, my clothes are getting loose on me... I don't want to lose weight as I already lost a stone and a half to Crohn's before! I need to keep my energy levels up too... Do you guys have any ideas what to do?? Either to reduce the stress, or to get my appetite back, or foods that I can eat a little of to give me energy?? All ideas appreciated! I want to stay on top of things rather than this leading to anything worse...
