sores related to Crohn's?

just looking for some advice for anything else I missed, as I can't get into the doc's till late in the week.

thursday morning I woke up with a bit of a sore throat, I haven't been out and no one else has either nor is sick. I took some lozenges and figured that would be the end of it. later in the day my mouth got sores in it around my inner lips, they looked like small blisters, maybe 8-10 of them, top and bottom. I went and got some mouth sore medicine, and that is healing nicely and the sore throat is gone. while that was all healing I developed a sore in my private area about the size of a dime. it almost looks like if you scraped your leg falling off a bike, but with a few little bumps near the middle. I have been keeping clean, and using a triple anti-biotic till I can get to a doctors office. (I'm a male BTW) it seems to help a little but still tender as can be.

It could be related to Crohn's or it could be herpes, you'd need to have a doctor look at it to be sure. You can get sores in that area from Crohn's that are very similar to herpes though, according to a doctor I saw once.
