What is going on here? :(

I'm sorry, it's hard to guess, it could be a few, to me unknown things, but it could possibly be Crohns pain as well. The intestines are never in the same place throughout the day, they're moving around and the pain that you're used to being in one place most of the times, all of a sudden moves and you start to feel it in a total new place. But i would advice you to contact a doctor if this get worse and/or if the fever increases. I have Crohns in distal jejunum, means a place near the terminal ileum, in the small intestines and the pain could be felt near the appendix, but it also could be felt above the navel or on my left side or right sight (upper quadrant). Due to the fact that you have a fever you are having an active disease right now, I guess. But as always: if you get worse, go see the doc. The best! /Bee
