Skin issues, any advice welcome

So apparently I had some sort of latent infection this fall which caused my normally under control psoriasis to flare (I've only ever had it on a small patch behind my ear and in my belly button) so it's spread over my stomach, legs, and most unfortunately, vaginal area.

Now that the psoriasis seems to be subsiding, I've developed a wide spread rash over both sides of my stomach (but not in the middle) and a bit on my chest. It's a spread of red, raised blotches that's generally not itchy, but gets irritated/painful at times.

Anyone experienced something similar to this? The fact it's on both sides made me think shingles, but I'm not have any other symptoms, though some doctors have commented that Humira can suppress low grade fevers. I'm unfortunately away from my usual doctors for a few weeks, and while I'm trying to see a doctor in my current location I'm not sure I'll be able to.

I was in a similar situation as you are. Prednisone did not help. Nothing helped until I did the following courtesy of a post on this forum.

2000 milligrams vitamin C (calcium ascorbate only). Ester-C works well.
400 milligrams of vitamin E

I also mix avacado oil and Neem oil (from Whole Foods grocery store)

These together took away 90% of my rash and itching. From what I understand vitamin C blocks histamine. I had been itching for weeks and could not sleep. This combo works better than any prescription medicine. The avacado oil is super moisturizing and the Neem oil (it does smell a little) is an anti inflammatory.
