Blood test positive, but can't find it!

Hello everyone,

I am really going thru a lot and could use any help i can get!
I tested positive for Crohn's disease thru the ASCA blood test. So, my gastro assumed I had it and performed the Colonoscopy, small bowel series and
Pill cam test. Still no Crohn's disease showing up!

Has anything like this happened to anyone else?? I have the symptoms of Crohn's and sometimes it goes into remission for 10 months or so! Then I get relief and then it comes back!

Did it take a long time for anyone else to get diagnosed???

With my current flare, I started getting PG and joint pain weeks and even months before I got D which turned bloody. My gastro called it a low-level flare before the intestines got involved.
