bit confused on this...
if triglycerides are high that means they are being broken down this mean the pancreas is doing better (as they, the triglycerides ,get rebuilt after digestion). If your docs dont think your pancreas is quite ready you need another shot of the antibiotics in the IV.
the high prelbumin is glycoprotein so this is mucusy. need to monitor your calcium,, blood result as well ,,because you have 3 issues crohns pancreas and lupus. still leaning to eating more and flushing things out to get kidneys going, and you need another blood test to compare. hope i helped :)
