Hi artist guy, Yes, I love them and tolerate them with no problems, along with pineapple and kiwi, they are all natural digestive enzymes and are great to eat right after meals as they help break your food down for you, less work on the colon, so if you can tolerated them then stick with it.
For others that cannot tolerate eating the actual fruits (papaya, kiwi, pineapple) then getting digestive enzymes in supplement form are a good alternative, many IBDers swear by the supplement form as well.
