sleeping issues

you guys if anybody has trouble sleeping, I can give you some good tips. I've tried them all from ambien to zanex. I use serax for anti anxiety and restoril for putting me to sleep. but the key to any sleeping drug whether it be ambien or lunesta, makesure you have an empty stomach, they work really well that way. at least no greasy food 3 hr's prior to taking. if you do take restoril be in bed when you take them, shrinks call them amnesia sleeper's. also go to a sleep specialist they are much more caring and understanding than your gi

A couple of Benadryl does the trick for me.

Thank you!  I take Ambien, and lately (maybe due to prednisone or stress), I have not been able to sleep more than 5 hours at a time MAX, and it's usually sleep for 2 hours, wake up for 3, go back to sleep for 2, get up for work.  I usually eat before bed so this is helpful advice.
